RAK doesn't run a centralised tenancy-registration portal like Dubai's Ejari or Abu Dhabi's TAMM. The contract gets registered in person at RAK Municipality, and FEWA activates the utility on production of the Municipality stamp. We hand-file on your behalf — most registrations clear same-day or next-day.

RAK's investor profile is heavily absentee — most owners of Al Hamra, Mina Al Arab, RAK Free Zone residential and Al Marjan Island stock are abroad. Our management protocol assumes this: weekly photo updates, quarterly walk-through videos, an international-remittance option, and a single account manager who works your time zone (we sequence calls to UK / EU / US-friendly hours).
